The year starts with a BANG !

Start of musical festivities

The whole Euro Media France team promises you a year full of events! We’ve already got off to a flying start with 2 great recordings – the NRJ Music Awards and Les Enfoirés.
2 concert events for which Euro Media France deployed major human and technical resources over several days.

Dvs start of international SPORTING EVENTS

DVS (Digital Vidéo Sud), a Euro Media France subsidiary, kicked off the international sporting events with the Asian Cup, held between 7th and 29th January in Qatar.   
DVS sent 7 super-slow-motion systems (Super Loupe GII HD, producing 500 images per second) for the international signal and the unilateral signals of the Asian Cup broadcast on the channels Al Jazeera and Al-Dawri & Al-Kass.

Sets on the move

Set company Studio 40, have made use of the Euro Media France set teams to create the set for new France 3 show Midi en France.
Responsive and used to this type of challenge, the Euro Media France set teams once again came up trumps, by constructing a set in just one week!

MORE AND MORE BOXING

Camera at the ready, Euro Media France entered the ring and landed knock out blows at the start of the year. Euro Media France is currently responsible for the filming and broadcasting of boxing matches shown on the French airwaves.
L’équipe TV
chose us for the World Series of Boxing (WSB), the new amateur world boxing team championship, and we are responsible for the technical facilities for Direct 8 for the European Boxing Championships.

Transpacam refocuses its activities on the cinema market

Transpacam announces the sale of its broadcast feed equipment to “Tatou Broadcast” in order to refocus its activities on the cinema/drama market, and further increase the quality of its services.
Transpacam will also continue investing by acquiring new cameras (in particular Alexa cameras), several sets of lenses and accessories.

United Decor joins Lady Gaga at Madame Tussauds

One of the latest projects completed by the set division of United Broadcast Facilities (Dutch subsidiary of Euro Media Group) is the set surrounding the waxwork of pop star Lady Gaga.
United Decor creates many sets for Madame Tussauds museum, including notably Robbie Williams’ sofa and the ship of Pirates of the Caribbean.
